If you’re feeling heavy, worried or overwhelmed about the environmental and climate crises, you’re not alone.

Many people are quietly carrying a deep sense of dread or sadness about what’s happening to the natural world. You might feel stuck between caring deeply and feeling powerless. Some days it may feel hard to think about the future at all.

Be Natureful was created for you.

This membership brings together nature connection, mindfulness, community, and ongoing gentle support — so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded, even in a time of environmental and climate crises.

What Be Natureful Is

Be Natureful is an online membership programme for people who want to ease their eco-anxiety through simple, accessible, nature-based mindfulness practices — wherever they live, and whatever their circumstances.

It’s a space where you can learn tools that genuinely help, explore your feelings safely and without judgement, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

What You Receive as a Be Natureful Member

1

The Be Natureful Online Course

A 6-week journey introducing you to nature-based mindfulness through over 60 individual practices — meditations, visualisations, outdoor mindful exercises, journalling prompts, and gentle explorations.

During the course, you’ll explore:

  • What eco-anxiety is and why it affects so many caring people

  • The basics of mindfulness and how it supports emotional wellbeing

  • The health benefits of spending time in nature

  • How nature connection strengthens resilience and hope

  • How to work with difficult emotions like guilt, grief and overwhelm

  • How creativity, curiosity and simple contact with the natural world calm the mind

  • How compassion (for yourself, others, and the more-than-human world) supports healing

  • How to reconnect with optimism, meaning and purpose

By the end, you’ll have a calmer, more spacious mind, a deeper connection with the living world, and the resilience to face future challenges without the overwhelm.

2

The Be Natureful Community

A private discussion space where you can share experiences, ask questions, and be heard by people who truly understand the emotional weight of eco-anxiety.

A non-judgemental place to talk about:

  • How eco-anxiety shows up in your own life

  • Recent events or news stories that have stirred up worries

  • What practices others have found helpful

  • Meaningful actions people are taking

  • Themes from each module in the course

  • Specific concerns like parenting, local nature issues, or species you care deeply about

Small supportive groups can naturally form — by interest, location or life situation — so you never have to navigate these feelings alone.

3

Monthly Nature-Based Mindfulness Support

After the 6-week course, you’ll receive three new practices every month — these will include meditations, visualisations, journaling prompts, outdoor activities, or mindful actions to take for the planet.

These help you:

  • Stay connected with nature

  • Manage rising eco-anxiety when it appears

  • Deepen your sense of calm and agency

  • Feel supported all year round

All practices are added to a growing Resource Library you can return to at any time.

About Me

Hi, I’m Alex.

I’ve loved the natural world for as long as I can remember, and like many people, I’ve also felt the weight of eco-anxiety over the years. I’ve dealt with the worry, the overwhelm, and the grief, but slowly found a way to cope.

My background is in conservation, and I’ve been practicing mindfulness for many years. It helped me reconnect with why I care so deeply while giving me tools to navigate the difficult emotions that come with the environmental and climate crises. Be Natureful grew from that journey – a space to support others who feel the same way.

FAQs

What if I can’t get outdoors often?

Many practices can be done indoors, through simple contact with natural objects, as well as written exercises, meditations, and visualisations – all with a nature theme.

Is it suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. You don’t need any previous experience with mindfulness, meditation, or nature-based practices.

If I join as a Founding Member, will my price stay the same?

Yes. You’ll keep your Founding Member rate for as long as you stay subscribed, even when the price rises in future.

Can I cancel whenever I need to?

Yes, you can cancel at any time.

What if I fall behind in the 6-week course?

You’re never “behind” in Be Natureful, you can take everything at your own pace. The course is drip-fed to you, one module per week, so you don’t get overwhelmed, but the practices and modules stay available to you for as long as you are a member, so there’s no pressure to “keep up.”

Do I have to be active in the community?

No. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as you like.

Is the community private?

Yes. Only Be Natureful members have access. It’s a supportive and climate-aware space away from social media.

I’m feeling very overwhelmed. Is this still for me?

Yes. Be Natureful was created specifically for people who feel overwhelmed, anxious or distressed about the environmental and climate crises. You are welcome exactly as you are.

I'm not sure if my eco-anxiety is serious enough. Is this still for me?

You do not need any sort of diagnosis or history of mental ill health to join. All feelings, no matter how big or small are welcome.

Will I be expected to be positive all the time?

No. Eco-anxiety includes sadness, anger, guilt, grief, and uncertainty. All feelings are welcome. This isn’t about forced positivity — it’s about finding steadiness, compassion, and hope that feels real.

How much time will I need each week?

Most practices are short and flexible. You can spend as little as five minutes a day, or explore more deeply when you have time. The aim is to fit gently into your life, not become another task.

Will this help me take action without burning out?

Yes. A key part of the course helps you explore purpose, boundaries, compassion, and sustainable action so you can do what feels meaningful — without overwhelm.

If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to join the waitlist and I’ll let you know as soon as Be Natureful opens.
