For people who love nature, but are struggling with what’s happening to it.
If you are looking for support for your feelings of eco-anxiety, you're in the right place.
I help people who care deeply about the natural world find relief from the anxiety, fear, grief and overwhelm that can come with it — using mindfulness practices inspired by nature.
Because a healthy planet needs healthy people
Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, angry or helpless when you think about the state of our natural world? Perhaps you worry about what the future holds, grieve what is being lost, or feel guilty about not doing enough.
These feelings are increasingly recognised as eco-anxiety, and they can be deeply distressing. But they don’t mean there’s something wrong with you. They are a natural response to caring deeply about nature and the future of our planet — and you’re certainly not alone in feeling this way.
While we can’t make the environmental crisis disappear, we can learn to cope with how it makes us feel. Mindfulness and time in nature can help you feel more grounded, make space for difficult emotions, and stay connected to the nature you love.
Do you answer YES to any of these?
You love nature and are devastated by the impact of climate change and the loss of wild animals and spaces.
You're frustrated and angry about the lack of action being taken to protect the planet.
You're feeling overwhelmed by all the work that needs to be done.
You feel like you're the only one feeling this way.

If you answered YES, I can help YOU!
I used to answer yes too - I was a true eco-worrier!
But I've learned how to be natureful - to practise nature-based mindfulness, and incorporate it into my life, to help me deal with my feelings of eco-anxiety.
And you can learn too!
Being natureful will calm your mind, help you deal with difficult thoughts and feelings that arise in response to the environmental crisis, and put you in a much better place to face the challenges ahead.

The Benefits of Be Natureful

Be present in nature
Utilise all of your senses to truly pay attention to what's around you. When you notice the nature you love so much, it easily brings you back into the present moment. Thoughts can be let go, and with a clear mind you can stop getting caught up in doom and gloom narratives and instead have a more positive mindset.

Develop compassion and connection
Frustration and anger directed at those we perceive to be contributing to the environmental crisis is justifiable, but can cause us distress. Cultivating compassion improves our mental health, helps us see the world differently, and allows us to connect with people from all backgrounds.

Stay healthy and resilient
The environmental crisis brings up so many tricky emotions - guilt, grief, impatience, hopelessness and more. Being natureful means that your mind is open to the lessons nature teaches about ways to cope. You stay curious, you are mentally healthy and you have resilience for current and future challenges.
Be Natureful is a supportive membership space designed to help you cope with difficult emotions around the environmental crisis through nature-based mindfulness practices, on-going support, and a private community.
